XLW Borders

Set XLW's border color using the 'BC' button. This both sets XLW's border color. Use 'BV'  lines to add vertical lines and 'BH' to add horizontal lines; using both buttons in succession produces a grid. 

Why does XLW need its own border controls? Excel understands that a border exists between two cells but HTML tables have cells with their own borders and when two adjacent cells come together they look like thicker lines (see image below). XLW border controls apply borders in a very precise way to make sure there a consistent translation from Excel to HTML. Excel gridlines are never shown in the wrap.
